Homeless Assistance Program

The St. Clair Institute’s Homeless Assistance Program is an evidence-based mental illness and supportive services program for those experiencing or on the verge of homelessness. This program provides treatment, aimed at addressing mental illness and substance use to those with treated and untreated mental illness needing emergency and sustainable housing by providing therapeutic services while coordinating stable housing and emergency financial assistance. This eliminates barriers to safe housing and economic stability. The goal of this program is to restore balance in one’s life by ensuring that they have their own space, a sense of belonging, and an improved quality of life.
