The St. Clair Institute Aftercare Program is an evidenced based pre- and post-release adult aftercare/reintegration program for offenders and reentrants that seek to ensure their successful transition into the community.

READ DETAILSSt. Clair Institute, Inc. will provide support in four main categories: ex-offenders who were recently released from prison up to two years, individuals currently homeless or facing homelessness with a mental illness, individuals in substance use recovery, and underserved populations facing barriers to accessing mental health services, such as lack of insurance, underinsured, below the poverty line, and those with low discretionary income.
St. Clair Institute, Inc. is a nonprofit organization concerned with is improving the quality of life and circumstances for underserved populations that need mental health and supportive services. This also includes reducing cycles of crime, violence, substance use, family discord, and negative economic impacts.
